CatSci
CatSci is a UK-based, science-led contract research organisation, who were in need of a resource to help bolster their internal IT team to enable them to focus on their core scientific mission and continue growing confidently.
The Task
As CatSci handles large amounts of sensitive data, the security and maintenance of their IT infrastructure is incredibly important.
In order to facilitate their continued growth in a cost effective way, they needed to know that their IT could keep up. That’s where Nebula came in, with a co-managed tailored solution.
The Solution
Over the years, we have provided a wide variety of IT support for CatSci, including (but not limited to!):
– Taking on to day to day tasks (update s, laptop setup, etc).
– Replacing two servers
– Installing a new firewall
– Handling CatSci’s disaster recovery (backups).
