Boosting Growth with Co-Managed IT
Nebula partnered with CatSci to strengthen their internal IT team, ensuring seamless operations and supporting their continued growth.
CatSci needed a resource to bolster their internal IT team, and that’s where we were able to implement our co-managed IT service. We work in partnership to help ensure CatSci could keep growing (and that everything continued running smoothly).
The Task
As CatSci handle large amounts of sensitive data, the security and maintenance of their IT infrastructure is incredibly important.
In order to facilitate their continued growth in a cost-effective way, they needed to know that their IT could keep up – that’s where Nebula came in!
The Solution
Over the last few years, we have provided a wide variety of IT support for Catsci, including (but not limited to):
- Taking on day-to-day tasks (updates, laptop setup, etc.)
- Replacing two servers
- Installing a new firewall
- Handling CatSci’s disaster recovery (backups)
To support their continued growth, CatSci have just commissioned 2 new laboratories! Nebula technicians help to reduce the stress on internal staff throughout by helping with many of the rigorous setup jobs – what an exciting time!
