Nebula IT has worked with Xpedite GoC Ltd since 2021, providing IT support services, new starter set-ups, device builds, IT security, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance, and server maintenance.
The task
With Microsoft’s Server 2012 R2 Operating System going end-of-life, the business would no longer be in a position to retain their Cyber Essentials accreditation upon renewal.
This would prevent Xpedite GoC from fulfilling valuable contracts.
Our response
Nebula IT pulled together a proposal to move Xpedite to a full-cloud, Modern Workplace setup. Utilising the full power of Intune to secure devices and manage identities.
Nebula IT provided, full Intune and Autopilot configuration to enable the reset of the entire laptop estate, on-site and remote builds of 95 devices, training in the operation of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc, data migration expertise. We also migrated the existing folder and data structures to Microsoft Team sites.
The impact
The server was retired and the business is now fully adopted into the Microsoft 365 stack.
