It is called Univertual and it covers topics ranging from IT security to Microsoft 365, it’s a one-stop-shop for increasing productivity within your workplace.
What’s included in Univertual?
It is designed as a free resource to complement other IT support services. Delivering key information in bite-sized chunks, you and your team can dip into it as you wish to get the right skills when you need them.
Among the courses included are:
- Introduction to IT security
- Introduction to IT awareness
- Introduction to Microsoft SharePoint
- Introduction to Microsoft OneDrive
Whilst our mini-videos cover how-to guides in programs such as:
- Teams
- Outlook
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
We will of course be expanding this content over time.
Earn badges and get recognition as you learn
We recognise how effective gamification can be in encouraging positive behaviours like learning. For example, the step counting programs which ship with wearable tech like smartwatches make it a fun challenge to achieve some basic daily exercise.
Therefore we have integrated e-badges and certificates into the platform to drive engagement and help everyone get better with their computers as well as having a little fun along the way.
How to use Univertual?
We are offering the core Univertual courses to you absolutely free, whether you are an existing client of ours or not. And you can use Univertual however you wish, as a resource to enhance your own skills, as a way to get more from a team which you manage, or even as part of an induction programme for onboarding new staff.
