It’s been an exciting last couple of months here at Nebula, and we are very excited to introduce another member to the team
Alan, who has been tasked with leading the support team, has been looking for even more ways to ensure our customer support is the best it can be.
Alan, who is, unfortunately, camera-shy (we’ll get him, don’t worry!) joins the team and brings 7 years of military IT experience with him and in the 8 weeks he’s been with us has hit the ground running, implementing processes and liaising closely with our clients to ensure they get the best out of our support team.
Welcome new clients
What’s more, with our ever-expanding support and services portfolio, we’ve welcomed a record number of new clients to the Nebula family this month. From site support to Microsoft Azure managed servers through to Office 365, Chris our MD couldn’t be happier with the fantastic feedback we have received from our customers about how our support team are doing.
We’ve also been keeping OpenReach very busy installing new Nebula managed fibre broadband connections all across the country whilst also helping our customer’s take advantage of the £3,000 connection voucher scheme (see if you are eligible here!).
Our hosted PBX platform also welcomed a record amount of new extensions across multiple offices around the country proving that more businesses year on year is trusting VoIP to power their communications.
We’re also pleased to announce that Nebula will now be able to form direct relationships with customer’s who want to take on Microsoft Office 365 on a monthly payment schedule rather than yearly – we’re always looking for ways to help small businesses get up and going!
