We are delighted to introduce two apprentices who came on board with us this Autumn.
Ross and Jason join us as junior support engineers and are both studying towards becoming level three infrastructure technicians.
While they are gaining experience and working towards their qualifications, Ross and Jason expand our first line service desk support, ensuring that we can respond to queries quickly.
They have settled well into the team and enjoy working with technology and how it evolves. If you have cause to call us with an IT issue and speak to them, we are sure their passion and enthusiasm will shine through.
